Those who go above and beyond, and anticipate – what a family may need, what a co-worker may need – they are the ones who succeed in this industry.”

Kate oversees the overall enhancement of internal operational efficiencies for the firm by managing all aspects of human resources, practice operations, administration of the firm’s financial activities, and supervising the administrative accounting team. Kate also coordinates the firm’s public relations and overall brand management efforts, including website and social media content, production and design of marketing materials, and coordination of speaking engagements and industry events.

An employee of the firm since 2011, Kate works closely with the Family Office Directors to assemble the dedicated teams that support each of Vogel’s client families. She also assists client families with private staffing and related HR requests, and coordinates the firm’s robust training program and employees’ continuing education requirements.

Kate earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marquette University and a master of management degree in human resources from the University of Phoenix. Kate enjoys staying involved with Marquette by returning to campus for recruiting events and basketball games.
